Six stages, one studio
Studio 8 does not sort children by the style they picked on day one. It sorts them by where they actually are, and moves them up when they are ready. These are the studio's own six stages, in order.

Explore
Ages five to seven. Styles start to separate here. Tiny Stars runs alongside for three to six year olds as a sampler of ballet, tap and acro, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, for children not ready to pick one thing yet.

Develop
Ages seven to nine. Dancers broaden out across more style choices, and this is usually the year a student stops taking one class a week and starts taking two or three.

Experience
Ages ten and up. Advanced options for dancers who already have the technique, and the point at which Company 8 becomes a real question rather than a distant one.

Master
By approval. Not a level you age into. Dancers are invited when the technique is genuinely there, which is why the studio will not tell you a date in advance.

Create
By application, and the top of the ladder. The Conservatory sits here too: a fully immersive one to one partnership built around one dancer's own goals, whether that is personal wellness, artistic exploration or a pre-professional ambition.

Book a trial
Tell us your child's name and age. That one detail is what lets the studio answer with a real class and time rather than a brochure.

Come and try it
The trial costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Wear something that moves, bring water, and borrow shoes if you do not own any.

One, two or three classes a week, billed across ten installments with the costumes and both shows already inside the figure.

Still not covered? The office picks up Monday to Thursday between 4:30 and 8:30 PM, and Friday between 5:00 and 7:00.
Three. Discover Dance is the entry stage for ages three to five, and Tiny Stars runs from three to six as a sampler of ballet, tap and acro for children who are not ready to commit to one style yet. Tiny Stars is offered on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Tuition is annual and all-inclusive, billed in ten monthly installments. The Essential is 80 dollars a month for one class a week and includes both annual shows, two T-shirts, one rented holiday costume, one spring costume to keep, digital dance portraits and two pairs of tights. The Foundation at 145 dollars covers two classes a week, and The Premier at 205 dollars covers three, each adding further costumes.
Ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, musical theater, acro from beginning tumble through advanced, contortion, acting, technique and leaps and turns. There is an adult tap class as well. Levels run from Petite and Junior Company through Teen and Senior Company.
Auditions are held twice a year, at the end of spring and the end of summer. Dancers selected represent the team for the following school year and commit through that season's recital. Come in easy-to-move clothes and bring all your dance shoes and a water bottle.
Camp runs 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday for ages six to fourteen, at 150 dollars a week per student with 10 dollars off for each additional child. Every session has snacks, games, activities and dance classes, and finishes with a Friday performance and a pizza party. A 50 dollar non-refundable deposit holds a spot, and the waitlist is first come, first served.
A parents-night-out evening on select Fridays: drop off at 6 pm, pick up at 9 pm, 20 dollars for the evening. It covers three hours of childcare with glow sticks, glow balloons, glow paint, neon accessories, strobe lights, music, water and light snacks. Ages five and up, and you have to pre-register.
There are two a year and both are included in tuition. The Holiday Show 2025 is on December 12th, and Recital 2027 is on May 15th and 16th.
