Studio 8 Dance was founded on 17 April 2017 and has been taught by its owner ever since. Families in the reviews do not call it the studio. They call it Miss Bridey’s.
One teacher, named by name
The studio’s own description of what it is for is unusually specific: skills children can use outside the classroom, and the power of performance. Those are two different promises, and the second one is the harder of the two to keep.
What makes it possible here is that the owner teaches. Four separate families name Bridey personally in their Google reviews, across children who started at four and children who are still there five years later. A studio where the owner is in the room is a different kind of place from one where the owner is in an office.

What boutique actually means here
It means one building on Santa Barbara Boulevard, a front desk with the wordmark painted straight onto the counter, and a hallway of trophies you pass on the way to the rooms. It does not mean small ambition: this studio’s dancers have been invited to New York and have competed at the Acrodance World Championships.
